At Conner Hats, we want you to love your headwear; if your hat isn't a perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Hat
Carefully place the hat in its original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent crushing or deformation during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
